When should you cleanse your skin?

To properly cleanse your face, you adapt your gestures to the needs of your skin and your lifestyle. Remember that a good cleaning is done daily, morning and evening. The objective is to eliminate all impurities, toxins and sebum deposited on the surface of the skin. Cleansing must respect the hydrolipidic film , a fragile barrier that protects the epidermis against attacks.

Morning cleansing eliminates toxins and sebum accumulated during the night, the skin is gently awakened for a fresh complexion all day long. A light cleaning may suffice. In the evening , it is best to give your skin a deep cleansing, start by removing make-up before cleaning your face carefully to remove perspiration, dust or pollution.

Steps for clear and clean skin

To properly cleanse your skin, you avoid stripping it, this fragile protective layer likes softness. Techniques that are too abrasive should be avoided, no more scrubs or daily masks. We also remember that all skin types do not have the same needs: food, smoking, stress, fatigue, sun… impact our epidermis. 1st step: remove make-up

2nd step: cleanse your skin

How you should cleanse your skin depends on the stage of makeup removal. If you don't wear any makeup, you can simply cleanse your skin. If you like vegetable oil or make-up remover oil to remove all traces of make-up, you can continue cleaning your skin with a tonic lotion that eliminates greasy residue. If you prefer micellar water as a make-up remover, thermal water is perfect for cleaning your skin afterwards: it removes the last residues of make-up as well as the surfactants present in micellar water.
